It as been a while since I posted on my training, there's not enough hours in the day!
My last long run was one week ago, it went pretty well and now I am tapering down until the race.
So far, this week, I have ran 17 miles and feel stronger every day.
Today, I changed it up by running 5 miles at a good pace then slowed down to race pace for 3 miles. I then finished with a mile cool down and felt strong all the way.
Now it's off to bed..that made me tired looking at the miles I have run!

I can't wait for you to run your race, you've been working so hard!! Enjoy it!!
ReplyDeleteImpressive! I seriously do not know how you do it! I'm killing myself walking 5-6 miles every day.
ReplyDeleteYou just plain amaze me. I can't imagine running 19 miles, 8 miles or even 5 miles. I'm barely making the 3 miles. But I'm working at it. Not in love with running yet but am beginning to like it.
ReplyDeleteCan't wait for your race. I know that you'll be awesome.
Take care and God Bless!!
Good luck in Chicago on your race. I can't even imagine doing something like that. You go girl!
