Slacker

Yes, I have been a slacker both with the running and the blogging on this site. I have been so focused on my upcoming trip to Phoenix that it has consumed my every thought. So I am now pledging that I will run at  least two times before ( hopefully) I leave for Phoenix and will give this blog my foremost attention when I return. Life is good!
