I am so behind!

I am behind on my training and only have one run completed this week.  I had every intention on running this morning but after waiting a while for it to warm up, then deciding I needed to  check some items off the Christmas list, by the time I returned home the wind was blowing like a sun of a gun.

I am a slacker and now that I have put it into writing, I need to do something about it. Tomorrow is Church then a dance lesson. Hopefully, I can get a run in tomorrow but we will not get home until two or three and then it will be time to make dinner....................

I need to make a training schedule and put it on the fridge so I will be held accountable...I was doing so good then have blown it the last few weeks!  I could blame the holidays but that does not set well in my mind. So for now, I will just say I am a slacker and need to get my butt in gear!


  1. Ha! Put your training schedule on your blog and see how we all hold you accountable (even if we're just that voice in the back of your head!) Good'll figure this all out.

  2. I am having a hard time leaving the house to head to the gym (myself.) I have been blaming my cold, then blaming THE cold and whatever else that I can create.

    Let us know how that all turns out!

  3. I find that having a training schedule right in front of me every morning as a reminder really helps kick my butt into gear.

  4. Thanks for the motivation, I like the idea of posting a training schedule..boy, that should help me be more focused especially this time of the year when we are all so busy.
