Finally

I finally learned how to use the Garmin.  Now mind you, I have only learned how to start, stop, reset and upload to the computer but I think I am on my way to enjoying this new toy.

Today I ran from The Signal Ditch Trail, to Eastlake and back.  This was just a nice easy run, on a beautiful day. The temp was in the low 50's and just a gentle breeze which made for one HAPPY me!  Looking at my split time, the last two miles were not good but that is OK because right now I am not going to focus on the time.  I know if I can just get in the miles, work on building lung power, everything else will fall into place!

  1. That is so cool. I like seeing your run in pictures. Running is out of the question out here. It snowed more last night and it's 15* and windy so even a walk isn't going to happen today. I will be outside helping the boy scouts sell Christmas trees so I'll get lots of fresh air but no walking/running.
Take care and thank you for stopping by today. I love seeing you.
Have a great and blessed weekend.

  2. Great job on your run!

And yay for figuring out the Garmin. I love what you can do with those! The map you posted is really cool.

I hope I will get a Garmin for Christmas. :)
