I am back!

I was finally able to get back to my running this morning and although I felt I had a good run, the Garmin tells otherwise. The only thing I can say is that I was having trouble with the HR monitor and kept trying to mess with the watch to get it back on track.  My HR was measuring between 50's to 120's. Well, that is way off and I wonder if the problem was that the battery was low or did I needed to snug up the strap?

Today, I will post what Missy gamin says..but I will not pay any attention to the splits. I was not running 12 min miles. I have been running long enough to know when I am having a good run and when I am having a better run.

I will not dwell on these numbers because  I had a good run!

  2. Shawn, can you tell me what is a decent time for a mile. I can make a 15 minute mile walk/jog and though I know that is not fast it can't be terrible slow. I'm just curious.
You are doing awesome. Just getting out there and moving this time of year is fantastic.
Thanks for stopping by, thanks always for encouraging me and more.

  5. GO SHAWN! YEA YOU! This is the first time I've had the intestinal fortitude to check our your "other" blog. I try not to compare myself to others, just hoping the Lord wins when He tells me to get up and MOVE!
