I modified this schedule, originally the long runs were on Sunday  with Monday off. Because I don't work on Mondays, and Sunday is Church, I changed it up a bit.

As you see, today was a 30 min run. PIECE OF CAKE...until I looked out the window! This morning it was foggy, windy, the temp was 20 and there was ice on the sidewalks. If you have known me for awhile, you know I had a nasty fall, while running,  a few years back which cost mucho $$$$ and probably sent my dentist on a lovely vacation.

I do not run in bad weather but I had to get this run completed.  $#%!@# ..off to the Gym to face the DREADMILL!!!!

The picture of the Dreadmill is exactly what I looked like!  The good thing is, I completed my 30 minute run and did not die of boredom in the process. Hubby can go to the gym and crank out 50 minutes on the Treadmill...me...not so much! I think the only thing that got me through the 30 minutes were all the different gadgets ,on that piece of machinery, to play with. I really enjoyed the interval pattern which worked muscles that I did not know were there!

  2. Well my first comment got lost. Oh well, I'm back. I love you schedule. I need to do that too but daycare is so odd in hours it's hard.
I got 4 miles in tonight on the road. It is better then the treadmill except in the icy and cold.
Take care my friend. I'll keep you posted on my meditation. It's hard. I can go seconds with no thoughts but minutes...we'll see.
    God Bless!!
