My training schedule for today called for a 30 min. run. Since we were in Thornton, I decided to run to the lake and back. It was a little chilly to start, but I was dressed properly and by the time I was 1/2 way through, I had to take off my gloves.

YEAH!!! Great run and great time. Time for us was 10.56 miles on the bike, no speed records broken, just peddling and enjoying (sorta because no matter what I hate bike riding).
